Laser PM100 Sensor TSP Sensor SDS198 Particle Sensor Dust Sensor Board Controller
Tax included.
Introduction:
The PM100 sensor is also known as a full dust or TSP sensor. Using the principle of laser light scattering, SDS198 can obtain the concentration of suspended particles in the air from 1 to 100 microns, using imported lasers and photosensitive parts, the data is stable and reliable; built-in fan, digital output, high integration.
Features:
Size: 71 x 70 x 23mm (L x W x H)
Accurate data: laser detection, stable and consistent;
Fast response: data update frequency 1 second 1 time
Easy to integrate: serial output (or IO port output can be customized), comes with a fan;
High resolution: the resolution of the particles has a minimum diameter of 1 micron;
Scope of application
TSP monitoring, dust monitoring, purification monitoring, road, factory, mine, construction site environmental monitoring;
Using the principle of laser scattering:
When the laser is irradiated to the particles passing through the detection position, weak light scattering occurs, and the light scattering waveform in a specific direction is related to the particle diameter. Real-time particles of different particle sizes can be obtained by waveform classification statistics and conversion formulas of different particle diameters. The concentration of the quantity is obtained according to the calibration method and the mass concentration is uniform with the official unit;
About the service life:
Lifetime is one of the key indicators of laser dust sensors. The laser dust sensor uses high-quality long-life imported laser diodes with a service life of up to 8,000 hours. For applications that do not last long (such as detectors), the default can be used. Configure 1 second continuous measurement. For applications that require continuous use (such as purifiers, air quality monitoring, etc.), you can use the indirect power-on measurement method to extend the service life, for example, 20 seconds for 1 minute, 40 seconds for shutdown. Extended life by up to 3 times
