How to Operate:
1. Before using, please clean your body skin. Suggest 30min per day.
2. Turn on the machine controller. Attach on the pad.
3. Set it to level 1.(Do not set it to higher levle firstly)
4. Start using. You can adjust the intensity to make you copmfortable and feeling exercised.
5. Turn off and remove pad from your body.
6. Keep the transparent sheet on the gel after using to make sure it's not dirty and havbe good stickness.
