This is a foot control air valve found on many ranger tire changers.

This valve is typically found on all the front foot pedals (clamping jaw pedal, tilt tower pedal, bead breaker pedal) and may also be found on the bead blast / tire fill valve as well.

This fits ranger models with valves that have a 2 bolt diamond shape mounting flange on the front of the valve.
