How to use?
Rolling out the paste on a non-stick surface or using cornflour icing sugar for dusting.
Assemble the Garrett Frill with the chosen size of centre and cut out the shape.
Using a cone tool,placed onto the edge the paste,roll the modeling tool backwards and forwards to create a frilled effect.
Cut the frill to the length requires and attach to the side of a cake using a little water.
