ADF4351 have an integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), its fundamental wave output frequency range to 2200 MHz to 4400 MHz. In addition, the use of 1/2/4/8/16 points frequency circuit, the user can generate as low as 35 MHz / 137.5 MHz RF output frequency. For the isolation of application, the RF output stage can be mute.Mute function can be controlled by pin, can also be controlled by software.
