Keyes Brick 8*8 Dot Matrix Module Anti-reverse Plug White Terminal for Arduino
Features:
When we use a MCU to drive an 8*8 dot matrix, we need to use a total of 16 digital ports, which greatly wastes the MCU data.therefore, we specially designed this module which uses the HT16K33 chip to drive an 8*8 dot matrix, we only need to use the I2C communication port of the MCU to control the dot matrix, which greatly saves the MCU resources.
The sensor is compatible with various MCU control boards, such as the for Arduino series of MCU. When using it, we provide a method to use this sensor with the Arduino series of microcontrollers.
The sensor comes with a 2.54mm anti-reverse plug white terminal. When in use, we can connect to the MCU with DuPont cable. To facilitate wiring, we specially designed an expansion board that is fully compatible with this sensor and the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller. We only need to stack the expansion board to the UNO R3 MCU, and use a 4P double-head XH2.54 plug wire (anti-reverse) to connect to the expansion board, which is simple and convenient.
The module comes with 3 DIP switches, which allow you to toggle the switch freely.
