12pcs 320-7000 Grit Sandpapes with 4pcs Polishing Wood Felt

Instructions for use:

1. Mix some water with Cerium Oxide Powder to paste, I suggest the distilled water or pure water, don't use mineral water.

2. Apply a small amount of polishing paste to the glass and felt.

3. Let the felt rub in a circular motion by using a power tool. Not exceed 2000 RPM, 2KG pressure.

4. Work the polishing bob over the scratch, applying more polishing paste as needed.

5. Repeat until the scratch is no longer visible.

6. For deep scratches , use sanding paper grit 320 or 1000 first for coarse polishing, then use grit 3000(green) or 7000(blue), for fine polishing,
using which grit is according how deep the scarch is , check the glass every 1-2 minutes, you will see deep scrach dispear after 5-10 minutes,
glass will get many light scrach and be vague, then use cerium oxide powder for above 5 steps , glass will be clear and transparent . I suggest
you do a pre-test at other glass first to get some skill.

*Be aware excess heat and pressure may cause glass to crack.
