Welding is a technique that requires practice. Too tight or too loose will result in weak solder joints. If it is too loose, it may burn through the nickel sheet. There should not be a lot of sparks when welding, the pits are bright.
Precautions:
1. After receiving the product, first fully charge the battery and perform welding test to obtain the best results.
2. This machine can weld 0.1-0.15mm nickel-plated steel sheet and 0.1 pure nickel sheet. Pure copper, which has good conductivity, cannot be soldered.
3. Don't use it for a long time, don't keep the battery power too low or too high, save the voltage 3.8V, the power indicator 2 can be always on, of course you can use it as a charging treasure.
4. If the power is used too low, welding will cause the microcontroller to not work or restart. In this case, you can connect the charger to charge it.
5. Current, voltage, and materials can affect the spot welding effect. Not all materials can achieve a good spot welding effect. Now the spot welding time and the contact strength can be adjusted.

Instructions for use:
1. Press and hold for 3 seconds, the buzzer will beep once, turn on / off
2. Short press the button, the buzzer will sound once, and the gear will be shifted. Each press adds one gear, 1-9 cycles, and the 9th gear has the strongest welding strength.
3. After the welding pen placed, the buzzer sounds and waits for about 0.5 seconds to trigger welding.
4. When charging, the power indicator flashes, and all 4 lights are on to indicate that it is fully charged. Welding can be performed while charging.
